Your agency or division is collecting school supplies for the next school year’s Governor’s School Supply drive. Edit your site page to create an attractive and informative page that:

  • briefly explains the purpose of the drive
  • lists items that will be accepted
  • identifies a contact person for the drive at your agency
  • includes more than one paragraph component (Video Card, CTA Card, Text, Tab/Accordion, etc).
  • specifies the dates the drive will begin and end
  • includes at least one .SVG icon
  • includes at least one image

Purpose of the Drive

For several years, the Office of the Governor has partnered with the State Employees Credit Union and Communities in Schools of North Carolina to encourage North Carolinians to donate school supplies to local classrooms.

Requested supplies include:

  • Paper - all types, including copy paper
  • Pens and pencils
  • Crayons and markers
  • Dry erase markers
  • USB flash drives
  • Spiral notebooks
  • Sanitizing wipes
  • Tissues
  • Paper towels
